The apartments were inaugurated in summer 2023.

Where are the apartments located?
Klensätter is located on the scenic Vikbolandet, about 30 kilometers east of Norrköping in Östergötland County.
A drive to Norrköping and Söderköping takes about half an hour.
From Linköping one hour and from Stockholm less than two, turning off at Jönåker and taking the Skenäs ferry.
The nearest airports are Norrköping, Skavsta (Nyköping), Linköping and Arlanda (Stockholm).
Norrköping has several train and bus connections with the above mentioned cities and airports.
A bus stop for trips to Norrköping is located in Östra Husby, 8 km from the property.
